Business Strategies and Planning Research & Maximizing the Value of Data Competitive Tracking and Analysis
|
Entrepreneurial Marketing Consulting. Logan Marketing is the individual consulting
practice of Jim Logan, a management consultant who has a
broad perspective on marketing methods and organizational
efficiency capable of directly supporting small business and of
handling special projects for medium and larger organizations. Depending on the skills and resources needed to
accomplish your project goals, supplementary specialists will be called
upon to add specific capabilities to a project team. To the degree that
in-house or under-contract specialists are available for a project, the
client organization’s existing support resources can be used. Where
additional outside viewpoints are desired, or when specific skills or
services are better sub-contracted to outside vendors, we can recommend
reliable teammates through our own network of professional specialists
or assist in the recruitment and screening of additional service
vendors. The three definitive characteristics of our approach are:
1.) open-minded brainstorming; and The idea is to discern optimal strategies without
being limited by entrenched beliefs or attitudes. And then to implement
desired organizational changes and specific marketing tactics cleanly,
efficiently, and effectively. Projects can be as simple as a new brochure that
working-to-capacity in-house staff just does not have time to produce by
a critical deadline or as complex as planning and managing the
establishment of a new sales and distribution branch for an importer
coming into North America.
When a state-of-the-art Business Plan is required, or when venture capital or "pre-VC" presentations are necessary, we are in an ideal position to prepare a second-to-final draft in collaboration with the client company, and then to use the support services of one or more individuals with proven VC and Private Offering experience from the fields of business consulting, accounting, law, and finance as appropriate. Some executives are uncomfortable with an approach that thrives on critical, out-of-the-box thinking. But if you are
reading this far, and if you are comfortable with the reminder that “you can always find a better way to
do something”, it wouldn't hurt to talk.
Optimal organizational productivity.
Have a good day. |
