"Make Every Dollar Scream" Have you ever seen the trick of cutting the Sunday newspaper into paperback size pages and binding them into several volumes to show a potential advertiser that there is more in one paper than a person would possibly read in one day? You do that if you are selling other types of advertising against the newspaper. Every medium has its strength and every medium has its glaring weaknesses. How about the response to a negative sales lead who says that radio could never bring in enough business. The problem might be the lack of a meaningful message. The naysayer would never allow the 90% sale ads to run because he knows that even the dinkiest radio station would generate enough traffic to wipe him out.

effectiveness, not creativity for its own sake.
